I am currently a licensed NC & SC Property & Casualty and Life & Health Insurance Agent. I am a customer and I have my family members and friends insurance here as well. I can honestly say that we employees try our best to do what we can to help our customers with their insurance needs. We are open 6 days a week till at least 7 pm to give our customers ample time to handle their insurance needs.

  These people are angels. As a new car owner going into insurance shopping in the dark, they helped explain everything to me and set me up with what was best. I couldn't find a better deal anywhere and within 45 minutes they had set me up on a policy even cheaper than who I was already with. They saved me thousands, but I'm more overjoyed that they saved my sanity. 2020 has been a nightmare of a year and Superior was a light in the darkness. I trust these guys more than I ever thought I could trust an insurance company but they are real, down to earth and care about their fellow human being- unlike other employees from other companies I had the displeasure of dealing with.   More than just a company...becomes your family!! I have been with this company for years and always delt with Rosalynn...fast forward 2 teenage drivers come into play. She kept me calm when one let his insurance lapse. While taking one off a car and just hair pulling situations! Shes upfront about what is best for you, and is soooo prompt on getting documents needed last minute! Don't know what I or Superior insurance would do without her!
