Matthew (owner) was absolutely amazing. He did something for me. I don’t think he had to at all. He could’ve made me take care of it on my own, but he took care of every bit of it and it was less than 20 minutes. I am superiorly happy with the services I received at superior insurance.

  These people are angels. As a new car owner going into insurance shopping in the dark, they helped explain everything to me and set me up with what was best. I couldn't find a better deal anywhere and within 45 minutes they had set me up on a policy even cheaper than who I was already with. They saved me thousands, but I'm more overjoyed that they saved my sanity. 2020 has been a nightmare of a year and Superior was a light in the darkness. I trust these guys more than I ever thought I could trust an insurance company but they are real, down to earth and care about their fellow human being- unlike other employees from other companies I had the displeasure of dealing with. Moral of the story: These guys WORK with you. They HELP you and they CARE. If you're unsure as to whether or not you should work with them- take it from someone who was on the verge of a full blown mental breakdown before calling them: Do it!! You won't regret it.   I can not recommend them enough! I tell everyone to go to superior by the DMV on carolina beach road!! They are so helpful. Ive had insurance through them since i got my license over a decade ago and they are always so friendly and helpful and go out of their way to get you the best deal. Rosalyn is super kind and did everything she could to help when i was in a pinch and made sure I got my insurance straightened out.
