  Griffin was very understanding and very helping they went the extra mile to help me with my car policy and helping me understand my car insurance and had a very great deal of patience these people really care about their customers.

  I can not recommend them enough! I tell everyone to go to superior by the DMV on carolina beach road!! They are so helpful. Ive had insurance through them since i got my license over a decade ago and they are always so friendly and helpful and go out of their way to get you the best deal. Rosalyn is super kind and did everything she could to help when i was in a pinch and made sure I got my insurance straightened out.

  This agency has some of the best customer service around. No automated system here. An actual, live person answers the phone! The homeowner agent, Kris Davis..... saved me hundreds on my house insurance! Add the fact they have extended business hours..... golden!

  A very good insurance company. Karen has been an excellent agent. She is pleasant, professional, and competent. Karen is prompt in her responses, and is able to answer any questions I may have. The entire staff is wonderful.

  Matthew (owner) was absolutely amazing. He did something for me. I don’t think he had to at all. He could’ve made me take care of it on my own, but he took care of every bit of it and it was less than 20 minutes. I am superiorly happy with the services I received at superior insurance.

  Everyone is so friendly and it's nice to have an insurance company that is open extended hours and even on the weekend! They go above and beyond with customer service and help you get the best rates.

  These people are angels. As a new car owner going into insurance shopping in the dark, they helped explain everything to me and set me up with what was best. I couldn't find a better deal anywhere and within 45 minutes they had set me up on a policy even cheaper than who I was already with. They saved me thousands, but I'm more overjoyed that they saved my sanity. 2020 has been a nightmare of a year and Superior was a light in the darkness. I trust these guys more than I ever thought I could trust an insurance company but they are real, down to earth and care about their fellow human being- unlike other employees from other companies I had the displeasure of dealing with. Moral of the story: These guys WORK with you. They HELP you and they CARE. If you're unsure as to whether or not you should work with them- take it from someone who was on the verge of a full blown mental breakdown before calling them: Do it!! You won't regret it. Edit: Forgot to mention it was Mr. Matthew Nakovich I worked with and he is a sweetheart. He knows what he's doing and cares about what works for you. Best of all, he gives you OPTIONS.   I have been an agent here at Superior for 5 years now and I have over 20 years experience in the insurance industry. I am currently a licensed NC & SC Property & Casualty and Life & Health Insurance Agent. I am a customer and I have my family members and friends insurance here as well. I can honestly say that we employees try our best to do what we can to help our customers with their insurance needs. We are open 6 days a week till at least 7 pm to give our customers ample time to handle their insurance needs.
